Health Compliance
Mandated health forms, including a completed physical, medical information, and proof of immunizations are required to attend Illinois College. Failure to complete the required process will result in a non-compliant status, including a health hold on the student account. Students with a health hold will not be able to register for the following semester’s classes. Once compliance is reached, the hold will be removed.
In order to avoid a hold, all required health forms must be uploaded by 5:00 p.m. by the 10th day of class of the 1st semester. It is not necessary to upload these records each semester, however it is each student's responsibility to verify they are compliant with the health record policy and up to date with all immunizations and clinical requirements each semester.
