Students may participate in the May Commencement Ceremony following completion of degree requirements or under one of the conditions below:
1) Students who have completed all graduation requirements except two courses equaling no more than eight credit hours. These hours may be taken at Illinois College or another institution.
2) Students who have completed all graduation requirements except sixteen credit hours that can be completed at Illinois College by the end of the following fall semester. Students must be fully enrolled at Illinois College for their final coursework prior to participation in commencement.
The Convocation requirement must be completed by April 1 to participate in the Commencement ceremony.
Students completing degree requirements after participating in the May Commencement ceremony will graduate at the end of the semester that they complete the requirements. Students will receive their diplomas in the mail.
Students may participate in only one Commencement ceremony.
Applications for graduation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
