Illinois College expressly prohibits retaliation against any individuals who make complaints (e.g. discrimination) against the College, their witnesses, supporters and any advisors regardless of the outcome of the complaint. If a member of the campus community believes that he or she is experiencing retaliation, the individual may pursue a grievance through the Director of Residential Life or designee, Provost/Dean of the College, or other senior supervisor, as appropriate.
