The Online Post-Baccalaureate Licensure - Secondary program (grades 9-12) is designed to prepare students with an undergraduate degree to obtain their Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) upon completion. The programs offered are Biology, Social Science: History, and Math are offered. Transcripts are reviewed prior to admittance, therefore some of these courses may transfer in. This could also mean some other coursework might be required besides what is listed below. In order to ensure all education coursework is current and relevant, we will only accept education transfer credits from previous institutions that are no more than 10 years old.  The post-baccalaureate middle grades and secondary program will require that students have earned an appropriate undergraduate major. This program requires 26 credit hours as well as passing required state assessments. It is designed to be started in May of the first year and completed after summer A of the following year.
