The Online Post-Baccalaureate Licensure - Middle Grades (grades 5-8) and Secondary program (grades 9-12) is designed to prepare students with an undergraduate degree to obtain their Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) upon completion. The programs offered are Middle Grades: Science, Social Science, and English Language Arts. For Secondary Education: Biology, Social Science: History, English Language Arts is offered. This pathway also includes Physical Education (PK-12). Transcripts are reviewed prior to admittance, therefore some of these courses may transfer in. This could also mean some other coursework might be required besides what is listed below.
