A Secondary Science Concentration within the Biology major is intended for students who are planning to become high school biology teachers. In order to earn this major, a student must successfully complete ED 434 during the semester of student teaching as the capstone experience. This requires admission to Student Teaching.
Recommended Courses
Adolescent Psychology is highly recommended. If schedule permits, additional coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, or Computer Science is encouraged.
