Mechanical Engineering

A major in mechanical engineering consists of 86 credit hours in the required majors courses. Moreover, students whose level of language participation necessitates their enrollment in a world language course at the 101 level will have successfully completed the world language requirement upon completion of this course.

The Mechanical Engineering (BS) program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET under the General Criteria and Program Criteria for Mechanical and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.
